Emdoor Group Joins the 16th "Red Action" Blood Donation Drive – Continuing the Legacy of Love and Life

Shenzhen, China – August 12, 2025 – The 16th "Red Action" voluntary blood donation campaign, organized by the Shenzhen Lions Club, officially kicked off at the Emdoor Group Headquarters in Yidao Tower, Laokeng Community. Once again, Emdoor Group partnered with the Shenzhen Lions Club to promote the importance of free blood donation and encourage employees to roll up their sleeves and give the gift of life.
A Nationally Recognized Community Service Project
Launched by the Shenzhen Lions Club in 2011, the "Red Action" project has now spread across China, including Beijing, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Harbin, and Shenyang. It has become one of the most recognized community service brands of the China Lions Federation.
This year’s event was co-organized by the Shenzhen Lions Club, Shenzhen Blood Center, Bao’an District Blood Center, and Longgang District Blood Center, with strong support from the Shenzhen Xiangmihu Lions Service Team and Emdoor Group. Partner organizations included Zhongfutai, Guangdong Eagle Education Assistance, Multicolor Group, and Pingshan Federation of Industry and Commerce.
The launch ceremony was attended by Mr. Zhong Jingwei, Founder of Emdoor Group; Mr. Lu Liang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of Shenzhen Blood Center; Ms. Yi Shumin, Chair of the 2025–2026 Red Action Committee; Mr. Xia Weimin, Executive Chair; Ms. Zhao Renying, Captain of the Xiangmihu Lions Service Team; along with Lions Club members and representatives from Emdoor Group.

A Decade of Commitment to Public Welfare
During the opening speech, Mr. Zhong Jingwei highlighted that since Emdoor Group’s founding in 2002, the company has been deeply rooted in Shenzhen’s vibrant land, achieving sustainable growth while upholding the mission of “Making Cutting-Edge Technology Accessible to Everyone” and the value of “Giving Back to Society to Achieve Self-Worth.”
He emphasized that voluntary blood donation has become a key way for the Group to fulfill its corporate social responsibility, with strong support from the
Shenzhen Blood Center and Shenzhen Lions Club. Since 2015, Emdoor has participated in 10 consecutive Red Action events, with 874 donors contributing a total of 308,750 ml of blood, a testament to the company’s compassion and dedication.

Blood Donation – A Gift of Life
Mr. Lu Liang expressed deep gratitude to Emdoor Group, the Shenzhen Lions Club, and all blood donors. He shared heartfelt stories of how every unit of donated blood can save a life and how the spirit of “voluntarism, altruism, and love” has become deeply rooted in Shenzhen’s culture.

Mr. Xia Weimin, Executive Chair of the Shenzhen Lions Club Red Action 2025–2026, reflected on the club’s growth, noting that over 100,000 people have donated blood in the past 15 events—thanks in part to Emdoor Group’s decade of strong support. Yi Shumin also shared her heartfelt experiences since joining the Shenzhen Lions Club.

Ms.Zhao Renying, Captain of Shenzhen Lions Club Xiangmihu Service Team (2025–2026), commended Emdoor Group’s decade-long dedication to blood donation. She highlighted that behind these impressive numbers lies the company’s selfless love and life-saving efforts. Zhao expressed her hope for a record-breaking turnout this year and urged everyone to donate blood, joining hands to extend the gift of life.

Recognizing Contributions and Inspiring Action
The event concluded with the reading of the Red Action Initiative, calling on people from all walks of life to actively participate in voluntary blood donation. Emdoor Group received the “Love Contribution Award” for its outstanding support of the 16th Red Action.

On the donation bus, Emdoor employees enthusiastically participated, contributing 40,100 ml of blood from 114 successful donors. These numbers represent lives saved and hope renewed.
