Emdoor Rugged showcased its latest rugged computing portfolio and industry-focused solutions at IOTE 2026 Shenzhen, featuring rugged AI PCs, rugged tablets, handheld terminals, industrial computing devices and vehicle-mounted computers designed to accelerate industrial digitalization.
From August 26 to 28, IOTE 2026 – the 25th International Internet of Things Exhibition is being held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, bringing together companies across artificial intelligence, industrial IoT, embedded computing, sensing, communications and smart hardware.
At Booth 9B27 in Hall 9, Emdoor Rugged is presenting a comprehensive product and solution portfolio spanning rugged AI computing, rugged tablets, industrial control, vehicle computing and AI-powered industrial vision.

Full-Range AI Computing Power Accelerates Edge AI Deployment
A major highlight of the exhibition is Emdoor Rugged's expanding rugged AI PC portfolio.
The lineup includes rugged AI computing platforms powered by AMD Ryzen, Intel Meteor Lake and Intel Lunar Lake processors, providing different levels of AI computing capability for industrial edge computing, local AI model deployment and other demanding workloads.

From lightweight edge AI workloads to local AI model deployment and industrial vision applications, the portfolio gives customers greater flexibility when selecting computing platforms according to performance, power consumption and deployment requirements.
Among the products on display is the EM-A15 rugged AI laptop, powered by the AMD Ryzen™ AI Max+ 395 processor and capable of delivering up to 126 TOPS of total AI computing performance.
At the exhibition, Emdoor Rugged is demonstrating an AI-powered industrial visual inspection solution built around the EM-A15. By combining powerful local AI computing with vision models, the solution enables faster image processing, defect recognition and real-time decision-making directly at the edge.

For manufacturing and industrial environments where real-time response and local processing are critical, edge AI systems can help reduce dependence on cloud connectivity while improving processing efficiency and enabling faster operational decisions.
Flexible Rugged Tablets and Handhelds for Mobile Workflows
Emdoor Rugged is also showcasing a broad portfolio of rugged tablets and rugged handheld terminals designed for warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, field service and mobile data collection.
The product lineup covers multiple screen sizes and hardware configurations, with platforms based on Intel, MediaTek, Qualcomm and Rockchip.
Available connectivity interfaces and optional modules include RJ45 Ethernet, RS232, USB, 2D barcode scanning, NFC and fingerprint recognition, allowing customers to configure devices according to specific application and workflow requirements.

For applications such as warehouse management and logistics operations, production inspection, asset tracking and field service, rugged tablets can serve as a reliable mobile terminal connecting frontline workers, enterprise software and connected equipment.
The P1 rugged smartphone and T1 rugged tablet are also being demonstrated at the booth. Both devices are designed with an IP68-rated protection level, helping them withstand water, dust and challenging field environments.

Industry-Specific Rugged Computing for Specialized Applications
In addition to general-purpose rugged computing products, Emdoor Rugged continues to develop specialized devices for vertical industry requirements, including explosion-proof applications, high-precision positioning, localized computing platforms, lightweight commercial terminals and vehicle diagnostics.
These specialized rugged devices are designed to meet operating requirements that conventional consumer-grade computing hardware may not be able to address reliably.

One of the newly introduced products featured at IOTE 2026 is the M10A-VDS vehicle diagnostic tablet, developed specifically for automotive diagnostic and maintenance applications.
Its integrated handle can be conveniently positioned around a steering wheel during diagnostic work. A 9800mAh battery supports more than 12 hours of continuous operation, while an Intel Core processor provides the computing performance required by professional vehicle diagnostic software.
The device also supports multiple expansion options, enabling compatibility with different vehicle diagnostic systems and commonly used automotive communication requirements.

Industrial Control and Vehicle Computing Solutions
Beyond individual rugged devices, Emdoor Rugged is demonstrating how rugged computing hardware can be integrated into complete industry workflows through two major solutions: an industrial control solution based on industrial PCs and industrial tablet PCs and a fleet management solution based on vehicle-mounted computers.

In intelligent manufacturing applications, rugged industrial tablets can be integrated with MES systems and peripheral equipment to support machine operation, production data collection, manufacturing process control and shop-floor digitalization.
Compared with conventional office computers, industrial tablets and rugged computers are designed for demanding environments involving vibration, dust, temperature variations and extended operating periods.
For vehicle applications, Emdoor Rugged demonstrates different vehicle-mounted computer solutions designed for forklifts, fleet management, agricultural machinery, mining vehicles and other mobile equipment.
