Emdoor at CIIF 2026: Rugged AI PCs and Smart Manufacturing Solutions
The 26th China International Industry Fair (CIIF) opened on October 12, 2026, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. At Booth 6.1H-A015, Emdoor and its rugged computing brand, ONERugged, are showcasing a comprehensive portfolio of rugged AI PCs, industrial tablets, rugged handhelds, and smart manufacturing solutions.
The exhibition brings together AI-ready mobile devices, versatile rugged terminals, and specialized systems for demanding industrial environments. Alongside its hardware portfolio, Emdoor is demonstrating production line MES and vehicle-mounted computing solutions that connect frontline operations with enterprise systems.
From edge AI computing to factory floor data collection and fleet management, the showcase highlights how rugged computing can support more connected and efficient industrial operations.

1. Rugged AI PCs Bring Edge Intelligence to Industrial Applications
As manufacturers move AI applications from pilot projects into daily operations, reliable computing at the point of use becomes increasingly important. At CIIF 2026, Emdoor is presenting a range of rugged AI PCs with advertised AI performance spanning 33 to 126 TOPS, offering options for different industrial workloads.
- EM-A14: Powered by the AMD Ryzen™ AI 7 350 processor, with up to 66 TOPS of total AI computing performance.
- EM-A15: Equipped with the AMD Ryzen™ AI Max+ 395 processor, delivering up to 126 TOPS of total AI computing performance for more demanding workloads.
- M10L: Built on Intel® Lunar Lake architecture, with Intel® Core™ Ultra 5 226V or Ultra 7 256V processor options and up to 120 TOPS of AI performance, depending on configuration.
- EM-I14M, X14M, and X15M: Based on Intel® Meteor Lake architecture, offering 33 TOPS of AI performance.
These figures represent platform-level AI performance rather than NPU-only performance.
The devices support local AI inference, allowing compatible models and applications to run closer to the data source. Depending on the model, software, and hardware configuration, this can reduce reliance on cloud connectivity and support faster responses in industrial workflows.
Combined with rugged protection against water, dust, drops, and challenging temperatures, these platforms provide hardware options for applications such as machine vision inspection, intelligent security patrols, and predictive maintenance.

2. Rugged Tablets and Handhelds Support Frontline Productivity
Beyond AI computing, Emdoor is showcasing rugged mobile devices for warehousing, logistics, field service, production coordination, and public safety. The portfolio gives enterprise users a choice of form factors, operating systems, and performance levels to match their workflows.
Rugged Handhelds for Warehouse Data Collection
The H68T rugged handheld supports long-range barcode scanning at distances of up to 10 meters. This capability helps warehouse operators capture barcodes on high racks and in other hard-to-reach locations, supporting inventory checks and routine logistics tasks.
The EM-I61J runs a full Windows operating system, providing a compact mobile platform for organizations that need compatibility with Windows-based business software.
Industrial Tablets for Flexible Deployment
The rugged tablet portfolio spans multiple screen sizes, hardware platforms, and operating systems. These options allow businesses to select an industrial tablet PC that balances processing performance, mobility, and application compatibility.
For field teams, the outdoor rugged range combines mobile connectivity, protective construction, and imaging capabilities to support data collection, inspections, and communication in demanding environments.
Together, these devices help bring digital workflows to the locations where frontline work takes place—from warehouse aisles and production areas to outdoor job sites.

3. Specialized Rugged Terminals for Demanding Industries
Some industrial applications require capabilities beyond general-purpose rugged protection. Emdoor’s specialized terminals address requirements in hazardous locations, precision positioning, and automotive diagnostics.
EM-I17J (EX): Rugged Tablet for Hazardous Locations
The EM-I17J (EX) is an ATEX Zone 2-certified rugged tablet designed for use in specified hazardous environments. Its protective design covers the motherboard, battery, and enclosure, supporting applications in petrochemical facilities, natural gas operations, and other locations requiring appropriately certified equipment.
EM-T17X (RTK): High-Precision Positioning in the Field
The EM-T17X (RTK) integrates high-precision RTK positioning for surveying, mapping, and precision field operations. It combines rugged mobile computing with positioning capabilities to support workflows that depend on accurate location data.
M10A-VDS: Rugged Tablet for Vehicle Diagnostics
The M10A-VDS vehicle diagnostics tablet features a design that allows it to hang from a vehicle’s steering wheel, keeping the display accessible during diagnostic work.
With support for CAN and DoIP communication protocols and a large-capacity battery offering more than 12 hours of operation under specified conditions, it is designed to support extended diagnostic sessions.
The exhibition also includes lightweight rugged tablets for commercial applications and devices based on domestically developed computing platforms, broadening the available options for enterprise deployments.

4. Smart Manufacturing Solutions for Production Lines and Vehicle Fleets
Alongside individual devices, Emdoor is presenting integrated industrial computing solutions that address data collection, system connectivity, and operational visibility.
Industrial Computing for Production Line MES
The production line solution connects industrial terminals with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) workflows in discrete manufacturing and process industries.
Industrial panel PCs and related terminals provide interfaces such as RS232, RS485, USB, and Ethernet for integration with PLCs, sensors, barcode scanners, and thermal printers. Electromagnetic interference resistance, wide-voltage input, and wide-temperature operation support deployment in demanding factory environments.
When integrated with the appropriate MES software and equipment, these systems support:
- Work order access and production progress reporting.
- Barcode-based data collection and material tracking.
- Quality records and product traceability.
- Equipment status monitoring.
By connecting operators, equipment, and production systems, the solution helps manufacturers improve visibility across the factory floor.
Vehicle-Mounted Computers for Mobile Operations
The vehicle-mounted solution supports commercial fleets, public transport, heavy equipment, and specialized vehicles. It brings together onboard computing, GPS navigation, video monitoring, and dispatch communications.
Heavy-duty mounts and vibration-resistant designs help maintain reliable operation on uneven roads and during demanding vehicle movements. Features including 9–36V DC input, ACC ignition-controlled startup, and high-brightness, sunlight-readable displays address common requirements for in-vehicle deployment.
These vehicle-mounted computers provide a practical platform for connecting drivers and operators with fleet systems, helping teams access information and coordinate work while on the move.
